This recently renovated villa is situated on a hill that marks the beginning of nature reserve Madonie. The pool (size 8x5 m. and 1,40 deep) is private and in use all year round. The terrace has a sweeping view over the sea and the big rock of Cefalù. Sandy beaches distances 5 km. Cefalù is famous for its magnificent Arab-Norman cathedral and beautiful fishing harbour. The provincial road SS54 goes up the hill by hairpin curves in the direction of the Madonie Park and leads to the property. The property is surrounded by Oak woods and citrus & olive groves.

A quiet narrow, rural acces road brings you from the road SS54 to the property. The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a gazebo and a dependance. All rooms are on the ground floor and have their own entrance. Only 2 bedrooms are connected. The kitchen (with dishwasher) can only be reached from outside. In front of the rooms is the bright gazebo, which is used as a living room. One of the rooms, in realty is an apartment composed by a living room with sofabed (or is possible to insert 2 single beds), a kitchen, bathroom and a double room.
